A highly experienced Senior Product Designer, passionate about creating intuitive, impactful designs that contribute to a sustainable future.

In 2006, I moved to Hong Kong, beginning my design career and founding my own creative agency. Starting from scratch, I grew it into one of the city’s leading, award winning agencies. By its second year, the agency generated seven figures in revenue, marking a major milestone in my entrepreneurial journey.

Building a Creative Agency

Alongside running the agency, I partnered in several startups, including OPHub, specialising in cloud computing and digital marketing, and Y5Buddy, a global travel Wi-Fi rental service. I also co-founded HKVoice, Hong Kong’s largest business review platform, which grew rapidly and was acquired in 2013.

Expanding into Startups

In 2017, I returned to the UK, moving into the contracting world and working with major brands like HSBC Private Banking, BP, Marsh McLennan, and JP Morgan. I've delivered SaaS, web, apps, e-commerce, B2B and B2C solutions for complex, regulated industries, applying strategic design to solve business problems while refining human centred design processes and leveraging AI for innovation.
